All sewn onto a raw edge organza ribbon, simply trim away the mesh to use just the decorative potion of the trim or use as an insertion into other fabrics.  

Decorative portion of the trim measures 20mm (.7 inches) on a 40mm (1.5 inch) wide mesh. Sold by the metre (1.09 yards), multiple pieces purchased will arrive as one long continuous piece.
